Passengers are relieved that Philadelphia-area commuter trains are back on track before the Monday morning rush hour. About 400 workers had walked off the job Saturday. They've been working without a labor agreement for several years. Employees ended a one-day strike early Sunday after President Barack Obama intervened. Obama created an emergency board to mediate the contract dispute between the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and two of its unions. less
