Rodrigo Gonsalez waits for tourists to pose with him for photos as he plays Elvis along The Strip, Thursday, June 23, 2011, in Las Vegas. Gonsalez, a welder by trade, has turned to street performing in the absence of construction jobs in the city. The number of celebrity impersonators crowding the Las Vegas Strip has grown in recent months, in part because the stalled economy has left many actors and performers in California and Las Vegas without a job. The casinos, however, are trying to stop them. The ACLU is demanding the city protect the performers, who are free to entertain on public sidewalks under the First Amendment so long as they don't charge for their services.(AP Photo/Julie Jacobson) less
