TAUNTON, ENGLAND - NOVEMBER 16: Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh walks after presenting Royal Marines from 40 Commando with their campaign medals following a six-month deployment in Sangin, Afghanistan at Norton Camp Barracks, on November 16, 2010 in Taunton, England. During their deployment to Afghanistan, 14 marines were killed and 11 were seriously injured.
