Russian artist Vasily Slonov (L) and an employee carry printed reproductions of oil paintings from the series "Welcome Sochi 2014" at a printing house in Russia's Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, December 9, 2013. Slonov printed 47 reproductions from the oil painting series "Welcome Sochi 2014" for his personal exhibition expected to be opened on January 1, 2014 at the art gallery of the German city of Kassel, according to Slonov. The "Welcome Sochi 2014" project was withdrawn by local authorities from an exhibition at the Perm Museum of Contemporary Art for ridiculing the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, which included depictions of the Olympic rings as barb wires as well as nooses of varying colour, according to local media.
