This picture released on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012 by the Italian Space Agency (A.S..I.) and taken on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, about nine hours after the luxury cruise ship Costa Concordia ran aground the Tuscan tiny island of Isola del Giglio, Italy, shows the hulk of the ship surrounded by rescuers and investigators boats. As the Costa Concordia keeps shifting on its rocky ledge, many has raised the prospect of an environmental disaster if the 2,300 tonnes of fuel on the half-submerged cruise ship leaks.
