A school lies under water in Fontibon on the outskirts of Bogota, Colombia, Friday Nov. 19, 2010. An exceptionally wet rainy season has caused floods and landslides that have killed more than 130 people throughout Colombia. Meteorologists attribute the rise in precipitation over Colombia to the "La Nina" climatic phenomenon, which is caused by a cooling of adjacent waters in the Pacific Ocean and is expected to persist into early 2011. less
