Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, right, addresses the media while standing in front of a Red Star soccer club graffiti on a street in Belgrade, Serbia, Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010. Dacic says the state will react resolutely against the burgeoning far-right groups which are trying to destabilize the government.
