Serbian President Boris Tadic pays respect at a pig farm Ovcara where more than 200 Croats dragged out of a local hospital were slain by Serbs when they seized Vukovar, eastern Croatia, Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010. Tadic became his country's first leader to come to Vukovar since the 1991 war, when Serbs' relentless bombardment leveled the town to the ground, leaving scores of Croats dead and forcing others out. less
