A ship is docked during a 24-hour seamen's strike at the port of Piraeus, near Athens, Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010. The seamen's union seeks to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement as the strike is set to stop ferry sailings. A European and International Monetary Fund delegation held extended negotiations in Athens Monday on the flow of rescue loans to debt-ridden Greece, with Greek officials voicing confidence that the vital funding would continue. less
