Singapore win 4-2 against Myanmar in dramatic AFF Suzuki Cup match

Singapore came out victorious with a 4-2 win against Myanmar on Wednesday evening during the AFF Suzuki Cup at the National Stadium. Shaiful Esah scored first at the 15th minute before Hariss Harun took the helm as the hero of the game, scoring two goals at the 35th and 41st minutes. A bigger surprise came when Myanmar scored an own goal at the 76th minute after Shaiful whipped in a free kick. Myanmar's goals were scored by Kyaw Ko Ko at the 55th minute and Adisak Kraisorn at the 62nd minute. Two unfortunate events happened for the Singapore team -- Baihakki Khaizan received a yellow card at the 9th minute, ruling him out from the match against Malaysia this Saturday, and Shahdan Sulaiman had to be carried off the field after injuring his right ankle.
