South African Xolile Mngeni, left, accused of taking part in the shooting death of Swedish Anni Dewani is led out of the court building by a police man at Cape Town, South Africa, Tuesday, Sept 20, 2011. Two South Africans allegedly hired by a British newlywed to kill his Swedish bride on their honeymoon in Cape Town will have their case heard by a higher court, a judge ruled Tuesday.
