Store owner Rick Dente points to the high water mark from recent flooding in his store on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 in Barre, Vt. Dente says he lost $30,000 worth of inventory in the flood. The state of Vermont is coming to the aid of businesses reeling in the wake of damage from flash flooding May 26-27. Gov.
