FOR USE SUNDAY, FEB. 16, 2014 AND THEREAFTER - FILE - This file photo from March 20, 2009, shows Neb. state Sen. Pete Pirsch of Omaha at the Judiciary Committee in Lincoln, Neb. The decision by Attorney General Jon Bruning to run for governor has opened the door to a potentially rare, competitive primary race for Nebraska attorney general, with little time for the candidates to campaign. The GOP race could see four candidates in the race: Lincoln attorneys Doug Peterson and Mike Hilgers, Omaha attorney Brian Buescher and State Sen. Pete Pirsch of Omaha. Fremont attorney Janet Stewart is running unopposed in the Democratic primary. (AP Photo/Nati Harnik, File) less
