In this Sunday, May 20, 2012 photo, Pakistan acid attack survivor Sedra Javeed, 14, is examined by Dr Hamid Hasan, at Benazir Bhutto Hospital in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Sedra was attacked last June, 2011, by a man she refused to have a relationship with. The nose has special significance in Pakistani culture, where it symbolizes the honor of the family. A popular plea from parents to children is "Please take care of our nose", which means "don't do anything that tarnishes the name of the family." (AP Photo/Muhammed Muheisen) less
