In this Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 photo, 89-year-old Kadir Hasibuan reacts as a volunteer encourages him to count after his eye patches were removed following his cataract surgery at a military hospital in Padang Sidempuan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Indonesians flocked to the hospital for free cataract surgery performed by a team led by Nepalese master surgeon Dr. Sanduk Ruit who is renowned for his high-volume assembly-line approach.
