Supporters of Ukranian President Viktor Yanukovich hold placards during a protest outside the Parliament in Kiev January 28, 2014. Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov tendered his resignation on Tuesday while deputies loyal to President Viktor Yanukovich, acting to calm violent street protests, overturned anti-protest laws they rammed through 12 days ago. The placards read, "Stop Maidan", in reference to the city's Independence square where demonstrations were held. REUTERS/Konstantin Chernichkin (UKRAINE - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST) less
