As the news broke that the Supreme Court has struck down the Defense of Marriage Act and ruled that same-sex marriages should be allowed in California, celebs voiced reaction on Twitter. Among the rejoicing was a proposal from Kristen Bell, who had been vocal about not marrying until everyone in the state of California can marry.
