HUA HIN, THAILAND - SEPTEMBER 6: Polo players from the Mercedes team (L) play against the PricewaterhouseCoopers All Blacks (R) during play at the King's Cup Elephant polo tournament September 6, 2011 in Hua Hin, Thailand. This year marks the tenth edition of the polo tournament, with 12 international teams participating for the annual charity sports event that is organized and hosted by the Anantara Resort and Spa with a number of corporate sponsors. The chosen elephants are young, usually under 20 years of age, are taken off the streets for two weeks and are provided with a forested environment, food, veterinary check ups and payment for the mahouts. The charity event has raised $300,000 USD to date and is used for caring for more than 60 elephants and their mahouts at the Thai Elephant Conservation center in Lampang.
