HUA HIN,THAILAND - SEPTEMBER 11: Thai elephants are labeled according to their teams for the finals of the King's Cup Elephant polo tournament September 11, 2011 in Hua Hin, Thailand.This year marked the 10th edition of the polo tournament with 12 international teams participating for the unusual annual charity sports event. The chosen elephants are young, usually under 20 years of age and taken off the streets for 2 weeks providing them with a forested environment , food , payment for the mahouts and veterinary check ups. This year the charity event raised reportedly over US $100,000 used for caring for more than 60 elephants and their mahouts at the Thai Elephant Conservation center in Lampang.
