Thailand's Prime Minister and leader of the governing Democrat Party Abhisit Vejjajiva, left, and former Prime Minister Chuan Leekpai sit at the Constitutional Court Monday, Nov. 29, 2010, to hear closing arguments on charges alleging the party misused government funds.
