An unusual underwater heist occurred at the Paradise Hills community pool in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Officials discovered that vandals stole all five black vinyl lane markers, totaling 375 feet in length. The sheriff's office continues to investigate but because the vinyl stripes were welded to the pool's concrete floor they believe the job took more than one person. The pool will stay open for the remainder of the season and the county will replace the stripes at a cost $2000 in time for next summer.
