Three-year-old Naja Dek, from Somalia, lays under a mosquito net while being treated for severe burns at the International Rescue Committee hospital in the Eastern Kenyan village of Hagadera near Dadaab, 100 kms (60 miles) from the Somali border, Saturday Aug. 6, 2011. Naja suffered burns over half of her body when falling in boiling water 17 July. The drought and famine in the horn of Africa has killed more than 29,000 children under the age of 5 in the last 90 days in southern Somalia alone, according to U.S. estimates. The U.N. says 640,000 Somali children are acutely malnourished, suggesting the death toll of small children will rise. (AP Photo/Jerome Delay) less
