In this Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014 photo, the Left Coast Lifter super crane, left, makes its way along the Hudson River near the Verrazano Bridge as it makes its way to port, in Jersey City, N.J. The Left Coast Lifter, which New York officials refer to as the "I Lift NY," is one of world's largest floating cranes and will be used in the construction of the new span to replace the Tappan Zee Bridge. The crane will be docking at a private facility in Jersey City, where it will be berthed until it is moved to the project site in the spring. (AP Photo/Julio Cortez) less
