Havana, Cuba has emerged as the top rising destination for 2013, based on on the volume of positive traveler feedback and interest on the world's largest travel website. In a newly released report out of TripAdvisor, the Cuban capital and UNESCO World Heritage Site topped 53 other destinations for undergoing a spirited renaissance and attracting a record number of American tourists in recent years, thanks to relaxed travel restrictions.
