Gush Etzion (---), 23/11/2014.- A group of American tourists holding assault rifle-shape wooden mock guns wait for their turn to be shown shooting techniques by an instructor on a shooting range at the 'Caliber 3' Academy of counter-terrorism at the Gush Etzion settlement block, near the Israeli settlement of Efrat, in the Judean Mountains of the West Bank, 23 November 2014. Due to the tense security situation and the recent attacks on Israelis, the Israeli Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitz had approved guidlines to ease the rules to issue gun permits to Israelis. 'Caliber 3' describe themselves as a 'leading counter-terrorism and security academy' focussing their courses at 'functional combat training'.
