A tow truck removes a suspicious rental van that was parked near the federal courthouse in downtown West Palm Beach, Fla. on Monday, Sept. 12, 2011. The van sparked suspicion because it had derogatory comments written on its side, is a rental vehicle and because a police dog detected the possibility of explosives. It also was parked outside a government building just after the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Police spokesman Chase Scott called it a "perfect storm" of factors to merit evacuations. A bomb squad determined the van contained no explosives. (AP photo/The Palm Beach Post,Damon Higgins) less
