MARGATE, ENGLAND - APRIL 15: A room filled with back-lit etchings by artist Ellen Harvey is displayed at the Turner Contemporary gallery on April 15, 2011 in Margate, England. The Gallery which opens to the public tomorrow is designed by internationally acclaimed British architect David Chipperfield and takes its inspiration from Britain's best-known painter JMW Turner, who was a regular visitor to the Kent seaside town of Margate throughout his life. The new gallery is situated on the sea front on the site of a guesthouse frequented by the artist and works by Turner will be permanently on show in the gallery.
