Truong Tan Sang, left, a permanent member of the secretariat of the Vietnamese Communist Party's Central Committee, is greeted by Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan smiling prior to their talks at Kan's official residence in Tokyo Thursday, June 2, 2011. Sang is currently on a four-day visit to Japan to discuss bilateral political and economic cooperation. Kan defeated a no-confidence motion earlier in the day over his handling of Japan's triple disasters, but the victory may be short lived, he said he is willing to resign once the country's recovery kicks in. less
