FUZHOU, CHINA - AUGUST 31: (CHINA OUT) A village is surrounded by flood waters as the typhoon Nanmadol arrives in Fujian on August 31, 2011 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province of China. Nanmadol, the 11th and strongest typhoon to hit China this year, struck the coast of east China's Fujian Province on Wednesday affecting more than 560,000 residents in the province with no casualties so far.
