This undated photo provided by attorney Robert Hilliard shows Gene Mikale Erikson with two children. A former Texas district attorney has asked a state agency to pardon Candice Anderson who pleaded guilty in the 2004 car crash that killed her fiance, Erikson, but which her attorney says was caused by a faulty General Motors ignition switch. Anderson's attorney Robert Hilliard, said the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in May confirmed to Erickson's mother the crash was caused by the bad switch.
