This undated photo provided by the Washington Dept. of Corrections shows Allen Gregory, one of nine inmates currently on death row in Washington state. Gregory was convicted for the rape and murder of a 43-year-old woman in Pierce County. Gov. Jay Inslee on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014 announced that he was suspending the use of the death penalty in Washington state for as long as he's in office. Under Inslee's system, death row inmates will remain in prison rather than face execution. (AP Photo/Washington Dept. of Corrections) less
