Uruguayan man Raul Fernando Gomez Circunegui (bottom), 58, is visited in a hospital by San Juan Governor Jose Luis Gioja (R), after Circunegui was rescued after disappearing four months ago in the remote Andes Mountains, in San Juan in this September 8, 2013 handout picture provided by the Government of San Juan Province.
