MIAMI - DECEMBER 10: A shipping container is moved off a ship at the Port of Miami on December 10, 2010 in Miami, Florida. The Commerce Department announced that the nation's trade deficit shrank 13.2 percent in October to $38.7 billion from a revised $44.6 billion in September, which surprised economists who thought it would widen. Exports also showed signs of improvement. (Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images) less
