An undated photo of a damaged concrete slab inside the Arena Pantanal soccer stadium in Cuiaba after a fire that occurred on October 25, 2013, taken between November and December of that year and published in a report by the Mato Grosso State Prosecutor's Office, and distributed to Reuters on February 17, 2014. Brazil's federal government urged officials in the western city of Cuiaba to "adopt all measures" necessary to have their stadium ready on time for the World Cup, following a Reuters report that the October fire at the facility caused far more damage than previously disclosed. The red arrows were place by the prosecutor's office with a caption that reads, "Honeycomb slabs severely damaged by the fire. The arrows show where the concrete layer was completely defragmented."
