A view of the Mellitah Oil and Gas blocked by members of the Berber minority demanding more rights complex, 100 km (60 miles) west of Tripoli November 7, 2013. Mellitah port was seized two weeks ago by a former army officer and 50 other Amazigh, also known as Berbers, in efforts to win more rights for the ethnic Amazigh people and for the central government and parliament - paralysed by infighting - to guarantee their language and culture in Libya's planned constitution. Oil sources say crude exports from Mellitah were halted earlier this month though ENI has disputed the assertion that all flows had been suspended. Amazigh earlier this year briefly shut down the gas pipeline supplying Mellitah. Picture taken November 7, 2013. REUTERS/Ismail Zitouny (LIBYA - Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST ENERGY BUSINESS) less
