In this Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 photo, Coptic monks and altar boys worship in Mar Girgis, or St. George, Monastery, south of the ancient city of Luxor, Egypt. The week-long festival of Mar Girgis, has been held in Luxor annually for more than a century, attracting as many as 2 million pilgrims from across Egypt to one of the biggest and most exuberant events of the year for Orthodox Coptic Christians.
