A woman withdraws money from an ATM of Hellenic Postbank, in central Athens, on Friday, July 8, 2011. Greek mortgage holders came under increased pressure Thursday after the European Central Bank raised its benchmark rate to 1.5 percent. Greece borrowers' associations say the number of households in arrears and danger of foreclosure has risen by 60 percent so far this year compared to 2010, as the country's prolonged recession has hit Greece's once-booming housing market.
