Xolile Mngeni, left, is led from the Wynberg Regional Court in Cape Town, South Africa, Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011. Mngeni is one of two men awaiting trial for the alleged murder of honeymoon bride Anni Dewani. Mngeni, is still receiving treatment in prison for a malignant brain tumor, resulting in the case being postponed till Sept. 20. Husband, Shrien Dewani, who allegedly hired Mngeni and another hitman Mziwamadoda Qwabe, unseen, returned to the UK after the murder and is contesting court proceedings to extradite him back to South Africa.
