New York City Police Chief Raymond Kelly, left, congratulates three of the five members of a helicopter crew who rescued two West Point cadets from their perch atop a 500-foot cliff north of New York city after the crew members were honored at Police Headquarters in New York, Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011. Honored were Police Officer Steve Browning, Detective Michael Sileo, center, and Det. Almeida, right. Browning credited his crew with heroics in plucking two 20-year-old men from the cliff. The daring helicopter rescue in darkness and dangerous winds safely delivered the cadets from an 18-inch-wide ledge. less
