PRETORIA (Reuters) - South African Olympic and Paralympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius broke down and sobbed in the witness stand on Tuesday when he described the moment he realized he had shot dead his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, through a locked toilet door at his home.
