Porsche Is First In Line As Vatican Begins Renting Out Sistine Chapel For Parties
The Vatican Museum is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the art is amazing. On the other, it's crowded, it's confusing, and you have to sprint through the place to see everything.

Also annoying: you can't take photos of the most celebrated part of the museum, the Sistine Chapel. Not even with your flash turned off.
Given the vehemence of the guards in that area of the complex, it's a little weird that the Vatican has now turned the Sistine Chapel into a party venue. In fact, it's weird even without the guards.
And you know who's throwing the first wingding beneath Michelangelo's celebrated frescoes? Porsche.

Yes, tomorrow night, a group of well-heeled Porsche enthusiasts will whoop it up in the Sistine Chapel as part of an "Exclusive Porsche Tour of Rome":

The event marks the high point of a three-day, four-night tour that costs between 4,590 and 4,990 euros per attendee. The good news is that much of that money will go to charities for the poor and the homeless, as the Vatican stipulates. But you have to wonder if all that dough will encourage the guards to turn their backs, offering dinner guests a chance to take selfies.
