    The new version of Pro-Mail is available for local or cloud-based installation and includes many enhancements including support for continuity fulfillment, automated fulfillment billing and an HTML email designer.

    Software Marketing Associates, Inc. (SMA) today announced the availability of Pro-Mail Version 5.8, the latest release of its warehouse management and order fulfillment software. The new version of Pro-Mail is available for local or cloud-based installation and includes many enhancements including support for continuity fulfillment, automated fulfillment billing and an HTML email designer.

    Pro-Mail helps printers, fulfillment companies and marketing service providers to manage complex literature, premium and product fulfillment programs on behalf of their clients. With Version 5.8, Pro-Mail users can now manage Auto-Ship or Continuity fulfillment programs in which businesses or consumers may sign up for automated recurring shipments. Once the user signs up, orders will be generated and credit cards processed automatically at set intervals.

    Also available in Version 5.8 is a complete redesign of Pro-Mail’s fulfillment billing tool. Fulfillment billing is challenging for service providers, due to the varied and often complex billing arrangements they have in place with different clients. Pro-Mail users can now define each of their clients’ billing metrics, pricing and billing cycles. At the end of the billing period, the system will calculate each clients’ charges and generate invoices automatically.

    In addition, Version 5.8 includes an HTML email designer. The designer enables Pro-Mail users to create customized order & shipping confirmation emails that reflect each of their clients’ respective brands by incorporating their artwork, color schemes, fonts, and messaging.
