    R&R Mobility Announces Wheelchair Van Rentals Available Throughout the Southeast

    R&R Mobility, a respected provider of wheelchair vans throughout the Southeast, has today announced the availability of handicap van rentals to meet mobility needs, ensure independence and help provide a higher quality of life for their customers.

    R&R Mobility has today announced their wheelchair van rental program, which offers state of the art mobility equipment and accessible vehicles for those in need. This is an ideal solution for those traveling throughout the Southeast, as well as for those who require a wheelchair van for only a limited amount of time.

    Customers will find a wide range of wheelchair van models available for rent, including the Toyota Sienna, Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country and even full size vans like the Ford E-250. All vans are fully outfitted with advanced wheelchair lifts, ramps, and tie-downs.

    The rates offered on wheelchair van rentals vary and are based on both rental duration and mileage. For instance, a 1-day rental is $138.00, while a 2-6 day handicap van rental is $108.00 per day. Rental durations have been expanded all the way up to 29 days to ensure that all customers have a rental period that fits their needs perfectly.

    All rentals come with 100 free miles per day. After that point, there is a fee of .30 cents per mile assessed. R&R Mobility has offered simple requirements for all rentals, as well. Starting immediately, the following requirements are in effect:


    •     Driver must be at least 25 years of age

    •     A valid credit card is required for the deposit

    •     A valid driver’s license is required

    •     Proof of insurance is required

    •     To reserve a wheelchair van, customers must pay a 50% deposit, with the remainder due on pickup.

    Finally, R&R Mobility has also launched a delivery program with their rental wheelchair vans. Customers within the metropolitan Atlanta area can have their rental van delivered to them and picked up after the rental period for $50 each way. Those outside the metro area can pay $1.25 per mile for drop off and pickup service.
