Ramona Singer Says It's 'Funny' That LuAnn de Lesseps Is Engaged to Her Ex – But They 'Didn't Have Any Chemistry'

After Bethenny Frankel revealed that her Real Housewives of New York City costar LuAnn de Lesseps's new fiancée once dated Ramona Singer, the pinot grigio connoisseur confirmed the report – but denied any behind-the-scenes drama.
"Yes, I did date him, but we just didn't have any chemistry. I do think he's a nice guy," Singer, 59, told E! News on Monday. "Now that I'm single again, I'm realizing just how small the dating pool is and how funny it is that Luann and I overlapped."
To recap: de Lesseps, 50, got engaged to Tom D'Agostino Jr. this week, accepting an eight-carat, canary yellow diamond ring from the businessman.
"Ramona's dated him and Sonja used to be his friends with benefits, so they kind of gave a little intel recently," Frankel, 45, told Andy Cohen on his Sirius XM radio show Monday. "He's the new Harry Dubin. Harry Dubin, for anyone who hasn't watched the Housewives, is the other man who banged ever single Housewife except for like Portia, I think. But no ... I feel happy. I feel excited for her. She's having a moment, it's exciting."

Though Morgan told E! that the whirlwind romance happened "quickly," she echoed Frankel's support for their friend the Countess.
"She seems incredibly happy," she said. "You can see it all over her face."
