RegentsHelp.com is a new, innovative website that aims to be the #1 online resource for NYS Regents prep. With video lessons, PowerPoint presentations, interactive flash cards, study guides, and practice quizzes, New York high school students can review for their Regents exams the way they've always wanted to.

Two Long Island natives and Boston University graduates, Jason Nappy and Jonathan Castillo, founded the site and started working during the summer of 2011, using their local library and Starbucks as office space. Currently, Nappy is a high school Living Environment teacher on Long Island, and given Castillo’s background in business start-ups – ShareLI.com and BNEBus.com – the two got together to design and create the innovative site and its resources. In the months following their initial meetings, their efforts took many forms – hiring collaborating teachers and web designers, editing and directing video lessons, and teaching the content found on the site. This week, their work has finally culminated in the site’s launch.
While sites like RegentsPrep.org and BarronsRegents.com have been the go-to for online regents prep in recent years, none of them are as easy to use or provide as many resources as RegentsHelp. After creating an account, students can sign up for any of the RegentsHelp review courses offered for just $15 per course, and with unlimited access once the courses are purchased, review books officially become things of the past. “As far as reviewing for Regents exams, there’s nothing out there that gives students unlimited access to video lessons featuring real teachers and has online resources like flashcards and questions banks, too - that's where we come in,” says Nappy. Co-Founder Castillo echoes Nappy’s sentiments: “Students will love the fact that they can cover an entire year’s worth of material over the course of a weekend and assimilate this material through the video lessons, PowerPoints, interactive flash cards, study guides, practice quizzes and much more.”
While the site is aimed at helping students prepare, it also provides parents with piece of mind – the site’s study guides, easy-to-use layout, and quizzes at the end of each lesson ensure students approach the curriculum in a complete and methodical way.
Currently, for the January Regents, the site offers review courses for both the Living Environment and Global History and Geography exams.
