Both Print and Online Digital Issues – Launching September 2011
Brentwood, TN (PRWEB) August 03, 2011
MTH&G has been designed to be the most powerful and cost-effective marketing tool to promote Middle Tennessee’s highest quality merchandise, homes and services. Utilizing both print and digital technology, MTH&G will create a strong and powerful brand identity that will give advertisers the competitive edge that is so necessary for success in today’s market. It is extremely targeted, ensuring that there are few wasted ad dollars with the highest quality presentation possible. It will be mailed directly to all homes in nine counties of Middle Tennessee with a value of $350,000 and an income of a minimum of $150,000, ensuring that readers are pre-qualified buyers for advertisers. It will be a valued source of information and inspiration for those wanting to make home modifications, improve their living spaces, and enjoy Middle Tennessee’s diverse cultural and artistic offerings.
The print version is a glossy, eye-catching 9” x 12,’ whose size allows for detailed and striking photo spreads that showcase the finest features of homes. The digital version is fully interactive, with active links for ads and seamless virtual manipulability. The website will capture the internet-driven reader with a 3-D highly interactive digital online issue featuring multiple scrollable areas and enhanced navigation features. Additionally. MTH&G will use QR codes (quick response codes) throughout the magazine, which make videos, websites and slideshows available on smartphones everywhere.
MTH&G was conceived by Sharon Henline Thomas, who is known locally for her unique marketing techniques and one of the three magazines that she founded and sold; Murfreesboro Magazine. Since selling her last magazine she has spent time developing a high-end subdivision, and gutting and remodeling commercial buildings and homes. She has also handled the advertising needs for a few companies.
“I noticed the absence of a publication that would serve the unique needs of the higher end businesses. I set out to create a magazine that would celebrate the unique talents of local designers, architects, builders, artists and artisans. I want to inspire, inform and delight readers with the many spectacular options that Middle Tennessee offers. I want to bring to Tennessee home advertising the many awesome marketing techniques that are available and being done in other regions, all at a cost that’s significantly below that of any other products currently on the market. I am proud too offer all of these forward-thinking and progressive details to advertisers,” said Founder and Editor; Henline Thomas.
The illustrious Tennessee homes magazine will feature different topics in each issue, which will bring an opportunity to showcase many different types of quality businesses through interesting editorial and photographs. The first issue will have two different topics, one is Luxury Trends and an in depth feature on the Parade of Homes, which is being held in prestigious Annandale neighborhood in Brentwood. This high-end home design magazine will be printed six times a year, and will be available at local bookstores, high-end businesses and other places where periodicals are available for sale.
