    Rentec Direct Property Management Software Introduces the Fastest ACH Setup for Landlords in the Industry

Traditionally getting access to the ACH system can take weeks or months for the average landlord; however, with Rentec’s exclusive rapid application process the entire qualification and setup process takes less than 24 hours.

    Rentec has streamlined the arduous process typically involved in gaining access to the ACH network. The process still involves the same process other ACH providers may use in qualifying a company for ACH; however, through efficiencies, automation, and strategic partnerships with quality screening vendors and merchant suppliers, what would normally take a minimum of seven days gets crunched down to one day.

    This process is available to both landlords who use Rentec’s rental software platform as well as those that do not. Landlords embracing ACH as a preferred payment option for their tenants enjoy the following benefits: 1) Longer term tenants because on average, tenants setup for auto-pay with their landlords stay longer in their rental than those that do not. 2) More reliable payments. The landlord knows if the check is good within 72 hours. This is up to two weeks faster than a paper check. 3) Landlords experience fewer collections and NSF. Because ACH can be scheduled for a specific day of the month, a landlord can time the withdrawal to come at the ideal time with the best chance of funding (the day after payday for instance). 4) More convenient for both the tenant and landlord. The tenant no longer has to remember to write and mail a check, and the landlord doesn’t even have to make a deposit.
