RepostWhiz Repost Video Photos review

RepostWhiz Repost Video Photos makes it easy to repost Instagram photos and videos without screenshots, image editing, and a whole bunch of tapping and swiping. With RepostWhiz, we just had to tap Repost or Repost Later to repost or save postings. This free app is ad-supported with in-app purchases.

Pros

Log in with Instagram: We logged in to RepostWhiz with our Instagram account, and it immediately loaded and displayed the latest posts from friends we're following.

Search: We could search Instagram by usernames or hashtags from inside RepostWhiz.

Save: Tap Repost Later and then Save to save any photo or video to your device's SD Card.

Logs: RepostWhiz also logs stats for Following, Followers, and Posts.

Cons

In-app purchases: You have to pay to activate the Remove Watermark and Copy Caption tools. (One toolbar item links to an app ad, too.) The expense is minimal, and most of what this ad-supported app does is free.

Minimal settings: When it comes to app settings, many users probably feel fewer is better (or "less is more"), but RepostWhiz apparently lacks some basic options, such as where it saves files.

Bottom Line

RepostWhiz bonded seamlessly with Instagram and never taxed our phone's resources or performance, even with both apps running. Some features aren't free, but you don't have to pay for those you don't use. Despite the banner ads and extra expenses, RepostWhiz Repost Video Photos seems like a great idea, especially for heavy Instagram users.
