Arjen Robben is confident that Netherlands are finally ready to win a major tournament again.

Oranje were crowned European champions in 1988, but have since been unable to add more silverware to their trophy cabinet.

Nevertheless, Robben feels that Bert van Marwijk's side have the quality to go all the way this summer, regardless of their far-from-perfect preparation for the tournament.

"At first sight, we don't seem to be as well prepared as two years ago ahead of the World Cup. However, we're clearly making progress now that everybody's joined up with team," Robben was quoted as saying by ANP.

"I believe that we have the quality to make an impact at the Euros. We have a lot of players who are at their peak at the age of 27, 28, 29. The time has come to reap the rewards [of our work from the past few years]."

Netherlands have been drawn with Denmark, Germany and Portugal in Group B. They start Euro 2012 with the match against the Danes on June 9.
