    White Hot!: Miley Cyrus recently responded to critics of her new adult look, telling Amanda de Cadenet, "Thank you for thinking I'm sexy!" and she continued to push the envelope at Sunday's Billboard Music Awards. The 19-year-old stepped out in a white-hot Jean Paul Gaultier jacket that showed off plenty of cleavage.
